iCal export of Embargos

We have today an export for embargos in Kappa v3, in XLSX, CSV and XML. While this is nice to look at from time to time, I'd like to have the possibility to see the embargos in my Outlook calendar.

Outlook supports the iCal standard, and one could plug in a URL in Outlook to add another calendar, such as this one for embargos.

Having this calendar in Outlook could alert those who have added it regarding upcoming embargo dates. Here, the question is whether we can configure Outlook to send reminders two days (or whatever we will decide) in advance, for all events of a given calendar, or whether we have to set up the iCal feed so that the date is J-2 (or whatever).  This needs to be explored.

Caveat: There are more and more embargos and they may not make a lot of sense, but it would help a bit anyway.

In the future we may find ways to improve the report by filtering for more than embargos (if there was some indication of "flagship" or "event" associated with it)...

Please note that we will be adding a "Launch date" to the metadata in Kappa v2 which will indicate whether an event is planned and for what date and time.

It is necessary to retrieve this information in Kappa v3 so that it can be used for filtering of the calendar/report.

Would this date be different from the embargo date? Will it need to be filled manually?

We can discuss this briefly at the next standup so I can better understand :blonde:
